Lena’s industrial spike is wide ranging from Healthcare, Financial Services, FinTech, FMCG, Life Science and the Industrial Sector. Lena has a clear expertise in offering unique support to organisations and companies when challenged with a CEO’s transition or succession.

Lena has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics with a major in Organisation and Management. She spent 8 years in the manufacturing as well as professional services industry before joining the executive search firm Alumni. During her almost twenty years in the industry, Lena has been a pioneer in highlighting the relationship between business performance and diversity & inclusion as well a driving force in tailoring solutions enabling the NGO sector to attract and retain top talent.




A seasoned professional and trusted advisor. Specialises in executive search, board recruitment and management assessments.

Karin has a wide industry experience ranging from Veterinary and Life Science, Healthcare, Technology, Industrial Manufacturing and Consumer Goods. Her expertise covers the full spectra of different ownership structures – from private equity, listed companies and venture capital to membership organisations and NGO’s.

Karin spent close to twenty years at the executive search firm Alumni, during which time she also founded the company Impact Executives. Impact Executives is today the leading interim management firm in the Nordics. Prior to joining Alumni, Karin worked as management consultant at a leading consultancy firm focusing on change management. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in German from the University of Uppsala.

For well over a decade, Kjerstin, has delivered local and international CxO projects covering a broad spectra of industry sectors and functions. Her core expertise is the consumer and retail sector as well as digital transformation and disruptive and transformative technology.

At Alumni, Kjerstin led multiple development projects aimed at continuously developing processes as well as led the setup and managed an outsourced support services team based in Vietnam. Having British origin (the family immigrated to Zimbabwe in the mid 50’s) and lived in UK, Kjerstin is completely bilingual in English/Swedish. Kjerstin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Environment Analysis from Mälardalens’ University coupled with studies in Economics and Psychology.
